It is our policy to only list companies that we pre-approve. We reserve the right to remove any wedding listings at any time if we feel a business becomes unreliable or if we receive a complaint about a business found through www.weddingmonkey.co.uk
This can be done at any time during your contractual term with Wedding Monkey with a non refund policy being applied.
We do not accept responsibility for the accuracy of content displayed on our website by a businesses who advertise through us.
The information on our website is subject to change at any time and without notice.
We reserve the right to remove any information or images uploaded by visitors and members that we would deem unacceptable and unsuitable for our website.
We reserve the right not to publish any reviews, images or information received from visitors or members that we would deem unacceptable and unsuitable for our website without reason or dispute.
We reserve the right to remove any members or paid business listings who misuse www.weddingmonkey.co.uk without dispute or refund.
Misuse or unauthorised use of this website may be deemed as a criminal offence which may give grounds to seek compensation or claim for damages.
Payment, Cancellation and cooling off period
A business must accept our terms and conditions before requesting membership.
A business will have 14 days to make full payment for their membership from the day their business listing goes live unless otherwise stated.
Once full payment is received the business listing will go live on www.weddingmonkey.co.uk for the term agreed on your invoice.
If a business listing is unpaid after 14 days from being created it is deleted from Wedding monkey’s database unless otherwise stated.
Payment for a wedding monkey business listing can be done by bank transfer (BACS), cheque or PayPal.
All businesses reserve the right to cancel their membership with Wedding monkey within the 14 day payment period.
